SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Elections; sample ballots.  Provides that official sample ballots shall be printed on white or yellow paper and that unofficial sample ballots must be printed on a different color paper.

Elections; sample ballots.  Provides that official sample ballots shall be printed on yellow paper and that unofficial sample ballots must be printed on a different color paper.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Elections; sample ballots.  Requires the State Board of Elections to designate the color paper to be used for the printing of official sample ballots and provides that only official sample ballots shall be printed on that color paper.
