Special license plates; Fraternal Order of Police; fees.  Imposes, in addition to all other applicable fees, a fee of $2 for each set of Fraternal Order of Police license plates issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles.  Incorporated in HB 1734 (Cosgrove).
