SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Leaving scene of accident. Rewords the penalty portion of the law on leaving the scene of an accident to clarify that, in cases where property is damaged in an accident, the severity of the penalty depends on the amount of the damage caused, not the value of the property that was damaged.
