Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. The use of natural cut Christmas trees in places of worship and in apartment dwelling units.

Regulations adopted by the Board of Housing and Community Development in accordance with Chapter 138 of the Acts of Assembly of 2004 shall remain in full force and effect until a regulation to replace the emergency regulation is adopted in accordance with the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) of the Code of Virginia or July 2006, whichever occurs first.
