Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1.  That portion of the Virginia Route 234 Bypass between U.S. Route 1 and Interstate Route 66 in Prince William County is hereby designated the "Ronald Wilson Reagan Memorial Highway.”  The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this highway.  This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this highway or any portions thereof.
