CHAPTER 607 An Act to amend and reenact the third enactment of Chapter 563 of the Acts of Assembly of 2004, relating to identification of critical teacher shortage areas. [S 761] Approved March 22, 2005  

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the third enactment of Chapter 563 of the Acts of Assembly of 2004 is amended and reenacted as follows:

3. That the provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2005 2010.
