SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Council on Virginia's Future; duties; annual report. Expands the duties of the Council on Virginia's Future to include the examination of efficiency and effectiveness of the operation of state agencies. In addition, the bill requires the Council to submit to the Governor and the General Assembly an annual report of its findings regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation of state agencies and detailed recommendations for increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
