SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Bond bill; Commonwealth of Virginia Higher Educational Institutions Bond Bill of 2004. Authorizes the issuance of 9 (c) bonds in a principal amount not to exceed $255,316,600 for the financing of revenue-producing capital projects at institutions of higher education in the Commonwealth. Of the total amount of bonds authorized, $137,700,600 is allocated for previously authorized projects and $117,616,000 is allocated for new projects. This bill is identical to SB 31.
