SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Department of Criminal Justice Services; powers. Provides that notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, fees and other moneys collected by the Department shall be used exclusively by the Department in carrying out its duties under this chapter and shall not be diverted for any other purpose.
