Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 6 of Chapter 809 of the 2002 Acts of Assembly is amended as follows:

§ 6. The provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 20042006, unless the amendment has been incorporated into the lease agreement by July 1, 20042006.
