VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to designate a portion of U.S. Route 23 the “Country Music Highway.” [H 910] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That portion of U.S. 23 lying within Wise, Lee, and Scott Counties is hereby designated the "Country Music Highway.” The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this highway. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this highway or any portions thereof.
