Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Virginia Route 199, from its junction with Interstate Route 64 west of the City of Williamsburg to its junction with Interstate Route 64 east of the City of Williamsburg is hereby designated the “Humelsine Parkway.” The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating this designation. This designation shall not affect any other designation applied to this highway or any portion thereof.
