CHAPTER 825 An Act to amend and reenact § 6 of Chapter 809 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002, relating to authorizing the Department of Conservation and Recreation to amend a lease by and between the Secretary of the Army, Lessor, and the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Conservation and Recreation, Lessee, for Occoneechee State Park in Mecklenburg County. [S 614] Approved April 14, 2004

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 6 of Chapter 809 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002 is amended as follows:

§ 6. The provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2004 2006, unless the amendment has been incorporated into the lease agreement by July 1, 2004 2006.
