SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
School board employees; compensation schedule. Requires school boards receiving a waiver from the Board of Education and setting the school calendar so that the first day students are required to attend occurs before August 15 to establish a compensation schedule ensuring that all contract personnel are compensated for time worked within the first month of employment. This measure is identical to HB 1896.
