Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding § 33.1-62 of the Code of Virginia, Old Colchester Road in Fairfax County between U.S. Route 1 and the old town of Colchester on the Occoquan River is hereby designated [ a scenic highway and ] a Virginia byway.
