Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the second enactment of Chapter 317 of the Acts of Assembly of 2001 is amended and reenacted as follows:
2. That, notwithstanding the provisions of this act, persons engaging in acts
that are restricted to pharmacy technicians pursuant to § 54.1-3321 shall not
be required to be registered as pharmacy technicians until six months one year
after the effective date of the final regulations promulgated by the Board of Pharmacy for such registration.
