VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to designate the state veterans' cemetery to be established in Hampton Roads the "Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans' Cemetery." [H 1528] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the state veterans' cemetery to be established in Hampton Roads is hereby designated the “Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans' Cemetery.” The Department of Veterans' Affairs shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating this designation.
