SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Special license plates; military combat units with at least 50 but no more than 350 members; fees. Provides for the issuance by DMV of special license plates for current or former members of current or former military combat units that have at least 50 but fewer than 350 members. In addition to the prescribed registration fee, such special license plates would be subject to an annual fee of ten dollars and an additional one-time fee of ten dollars.
