SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Freedom of Information Act; posting of minutes by certain state public bodies. Requires all boards, commissions, councils, and other public bodies created in the executive branch of state government and subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act to post minutes of their meetings on the Internet. Under the bill, draft minutes must be posted within ten working days of each meeting and final minutes within three working days of final approval of the minutes.
