SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Capital projects; Virginia Public Building Authority and Virginia College Building Authority. Authorizes the Virginia Public Building Authority and the Virginia College Building Authority to undertake numerous public capital projects throughout the Commonwealth for a principal amount not to exceed $195,674,000 and $174,198,996, respectively, and to issue bonds to finance the cost thereof. This bill is identical to SB 673.
