Claims; Paul E. Johnson. Provides $842 in relief to Paul E. Johnson to reimburse legal fees paid by Mr. Johnson to hire an attorney to represent him during the investigation of possible environmental violations in connection with the 460 Bypass construction project in Montgomery County. While Mr. Johnson was an employee of the Virginia Department of Transportation at the time, he was required to hire an attorney because legal counsel hired by the VDOT could not represent him regarding any potential personal criminal liability.
