Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services is hereby authorized to convey to the Frontier Culture Museum of Virginia, upon terms and conditions the Department deems proper, with the approval of the Governor and in a form approved by the Attorney General, a certain parcel of unimproved real property, consisting of 60.762 acres, plus or minus, shown on Augusta County tax maps as tax map 56-81A, located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Interstates 64 and 81 in Augusta County.

§ 2. The appropriate officials of the Commonwealth are hereby authorized to prepare, execute and deliver such deed or other documents as may be necessary to accomplish the conveyance.
