022183508Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. That in accordance with and as evidence of General Assembly approval pursuant to § 10.1-104 of the Code of Virginia, the Department of Conservation and Recreation is hereby authorized to accept on behalf of the Commonwealth, upon terms and conditions the Department deems proper, with the approval of the Governor and [ by deed in a form approved by the ] Attorney General, a conveyance from the The Trust for Public Land of a parcel of unimproved real property, known as the Taskinas Creek tract, in James City County of 45.38 acres, more or less, which is adjacent to York River State Park.
§ 2. Such real property when conveyed shall be included as a parcel within York River State Park.
2. That an emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
