Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 1029 of the Acts of Assembly of 2000 as it pertains to §§ 25-46.5, 25-46.9, 25-46.17, 25-46.19, 25-46.20, 25-46.21, 25-46.22, 25-46.24, 25-46.25, 25-46.29, 25-46.32, and 33.1-89 of that Act is repealed.
