Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding § 33.1-62 of the Code of Virginia, the entire length in Virginia of the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Colonial Parkway are hereby declared to be scenic highways and Virginia byways.
