Abolishes the Virginia Military Advisory Council, the Virginia Council on Coordinating Prevention, the Commission on Early Childhood and Child Day Care Programs, the Virginia Chesapeake Bay Partnership Council, the Joint Commission on Workforce Development, and the Indoor Air Quality Task Force. These groups have been relatively inactive during recent years.
