Clean Air Act. Urges Congress to support legislation that helps improve Virginia's air quality and specifically that of the Shenandoah National Park by providing funding for clean coal technology and research and tax credits for retrofitting the older, exempt coal-fired power plants equipped with new emissions cleanup technologies.
