SUMMARY AS PASSED:
People with disabilities. Changes the designation of some entities that are represented on the Virginia Board for People with Disabilities. The bill deletes designations of representatives of a higher education training facility, a real estate interest, and two at-large members. This bill adds representatives of a high-technology interest, a banking executive, and four persons with developmental disabilities or parents or guardians of such persons. The bill also contains technical amendments.
