SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Regulation of exterior illumination. Allows localities to provide for the regulation of exterior illumination levels of certain buildings and property. Exterior illumination shall be accomplished with standard engineering practices that will cause such illumination to be confined to the boundaries of the property. Any state project utilizing public funds shall use standard engineering practices that will cause such illumination to be confined to the boundaries of the property.
