Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Virginia Route 652 between Toms Creek [ and Nora in Wise County and Nora in Dickenson County ] is hereby designated the "Dr. Ralph Stanley Highway." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating this designation. This designation shall not affect any other designation applied to this highway or any portion thereof.
