Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That portion of Interstate Route 81 within the City of Staunton and Augusta County is hereby designted the "John Lewis Memorial Highway"; that portion of Interstate Route 81 within the boundaries of Rockbridge County, Botetourt County, Roanoke County, Montgomery Rounty, and the Town of Christiansburg is hereby designated the “Andrew Lewis Memorial Highway.” The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating these designations. These designations shall not affect any other designation applied to this highway or any portion thereof.
