CHAPTER 382 An Act to limit use of Virginia revenues in connection with repairs and/or replacement of the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge over the Potomac River. [H 2563] Approved March 19, 2001

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, no Virginia revenues shall be allocated, released, dedicated, or spent, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever in connection with repairs to and/or replacement of the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge over the Potomac River if or so long as such repair or replacement project is subject to a project labor agreement.
