CHAPTER 146 An Act to designate the entire length of Harpersville Road in the City of Newport News between U.S. Route 60 and U.S. Route 17 the “Everett H. Hogge Memorial Highway.” [H 1923] Approved March 13, 2001

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The entire length of Harpersville Road in the City of Newport News between U.S. Route 60 and U.S. Route 17 is hereby designated the “Everett H. Hogge Memorial Highway.” The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating this designation. This designation shall not affect any other designation applied to this highway or any portion thereof.
