SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Health; creates the Virginia Long-Term Care Foundation. Encourages the Governor, with the support and assistance of the General Assembly, to facilitate the establishment of the Virginia Long-Term Care Foundation. A separate budget amendment has been prepared to fund the Foundation. This is a recommendation of the Joint Commission on Health Care.
