SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Income tax; voluntary contribution to the Family and Children's Trust Fund of Virginia. Removes the beginning date and the sunset date from the Code section dealing with voluntary contributions of refunds to the Family and Children's Trust Fund of Virginia. Current law provides for voluntary contributions to the Family and Children's Trust Fund of Virginia through taxable years beginning before January 1, 2001.
