SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Writs of possession. Provides that a writ of possession should be executed by the sheriff within 15 calendar days from receipt by the sheriff or as soon as practicable thereafter, but not later than 30 days from the date issued.

Writs on judgments for specific property. Provides that service of the notice of intent to evict shall be effected by the sheriff or other person authorized to serve process and the return made within seven days from the date the writ is received by the sheriff.
