SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Use of unmanned aircraft system to commit crime or obstruct services; penalty. Provides that a person is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor if he knowingly uses or attempts to use an unmanned aircraft system (i) to commit or attempt to commit a crime, (ii) while obstructing or attempting to obstruct the delivery of emergency medical services by emergency medical services agency personnel, or (iii) while obstructing or attempting to obstruct a law-enforcement officer or animal control officer in the performance of his duties.
