SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Highway sign. Requires the Virginia Department of Highways to erect signs directing people to canoe launching areas, if such signs are requested by the owner or operator of these types of facilities. The Department is to assume the cost of erecting and maintaining the signs.
