SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Roadside commemorative markers. Requires the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner to develop standards for installation of roadside markers to commemorate law-enforcement and VDOT personnel killed in the line of duty along public highways in the Commonwealth and prohibits erection of other roadside memorials.
