Exempts property of Beach Health Clinic, Inc., Judeo-Christian Outreach Center, Inc., and of Virginia Beach "HOME," Inc., located in the City of Virginia Beach from taxation. The exemptions for Beach Health Clinic, Inc., and Judeo-Christian Outreach Center, Inc., are effective retroactive beginning July 1, 1998.
