VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER
An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding sections numbered 58.1-3650.804, 58.1-3650.805, and 58.1-3650.806, designating certain property to be exempt from taxation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding sections numbered 58.1-3650.804, 58.1-3650.805, and 58.1-3650.806 as follows:

§ 58.1-3650.804. Property of Virginia Beach "HOME," Inc.

A. Virginia Beach "HOME," Inc., a nonprofit organization, is hereby designated as a benevolent organization within the context of Section 6 (a) (6) of Article X of the Constitution of Virginia.

B. Real and personal property located in the City of Virginia Beach, owned by Virginia Beach "HOME," Inc., and used by it exclusively for benevolent purposes on a nonprofit basis as set forth in subsection A of this section, is hereby determined to be exempt from local taxation.

§ 58.1-3650.805. Property of Judeo-Christian Outreach Center, Inc.

A. Judeo-Christian Outreach Center, Inc., a nonprofit organization, is hereby designated as a benevolent organization within the context of Section 6 (a) (6) of Article X of the Constitution of Virginia.

B. Effective July 1, 1998, real and personal property located in the City of Virginia Beach, owned by Judeo-Christian Outreach Center, Inc., and used by it exclusively for benevolent purposes on a nonprofit basis as set forth in subsection A of this section, is hereby determined to be exempt from local taxation.

§ 58.1-3650.806. Property of Beach Health Clinic, Inc.

A. Beach Health Clinic, Inc., a nonprofit organization, is hereby designated as a charitable organization within the context of Section 6 (a) (6) of Article X of the Constitution of Virginia.

B. Effective July 1, 1998, real and personal property located in the City of Virginia Beach, owned by Beach Health Clinic, Inc., and used by it exclusively for charitable purposes on a nonprofit basis as set forth in subsection A of this section, is hereby determined to be exempt from local taxation.
