Charter; Town of Dayton. Provides for town elections to be held in November rather than May. This authority was granted to the town by the General Assembly in 1998, but for the 1998 election only. This bill repeals the “1998 election only” provision. The bill also updates cross-references to Title 15.2, and clarifies the duties of the town recorder.
