Any member may be reappointed for successive terms.
C. The members of the Commission shall elect a chairman and a vice chairman annually.
D. The members of the Commission shall receive such compensation as is set forth in § 30-19.12 and shall be reimbursed for their actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties in the work of the Commission.
§ 9-381. Powers and duties of the Commission.
The Commission shall:
1. Evaluate the impact of existing statutes and proposed legislation on unemployment compensation and Virginia’s Unemployment Trust Fund.

4. Report annually its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly.
