SUMMARY:

Charter; City of Chesapeake. Changes the annual deadlines for submission and adoption of the City's capital improvement program so that they coincide with the deadlines for submission and adoption of the operating budget. This bill is identical to HB 219, except that House Bill 219 does not have an emergency clause.
