SUMMARY:

Charter; City of Chesapeake. Changes the annual deadlines for submission and adoption of the city's capital improvement program so that they coincide with the deadlines for submission and adoption of the operating budget. This bill is identical to Senate Bill 52, except that Senate Bill 52 has an emergency clause.
