SUMMARY:

Workers' compensation claims. Requests the Workers' Compensation Commission to study and develop ways to expedite the receipt of benefits for employees injured on the job. The study also encompasses the issue of voluntary payments by employers and increasing the effectiveness of the Workers' Compensation Commission staff and personnel to better handle the increasing caseload.
