HB 672 Restoration of driving license after administrative revocation.
Introduced by: Johnny S. Joannou | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Restoration of driving privilege after administrative revocation of driver's license. Changes the periods of administrative revocation applied as credit toward restoration of driving privilege after having been declared an habitual offender. The bill corrects the error which allows credit for time spent without a license (i) following a second rather than a third conviction of an offense which results in loss of driver's license and (ii) prior to a determination of habitual offender status. This bill is incorporated into HB 634.
