Study; waste motor oil and antifreeze recycling. Establishes a joint subcommittee to study means for enhancing the collection and recycling of waste motor oil and antifreeze. The subject matter of this resolution was referred by letter from the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Rules to the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and Natural Resources, requesting that a study be conducted.
