SUMMARY:

Study; VIEW success. Requests the Secretary of Health and Human Resources, with the assistance of the Advisory Commission on Welfare Reform, to study methods to ensure the continued success of Virginia Initiative for Employment Not Welfare (VIEW) clients as they work toward self sufficiency and such specific topics referred by the 1997 Session of the General Assembly, including welfare fraud (SJR 346) and drug testing of welfare recipients (SJR 303).
