SB 88 Richmond City School Board.

SUMMARY:

Richmond City School Board. Authorizes the School Board of the City of Richmond (described by population) to appoint a clerk, deputy clerk, an internal auditor and counsel; and appoint such other staff and officers as it may deem necessary. The school board is also authorized to compensate its staff with such funds as may be available for such purposes. The school board shall require that the clerk and the deputy clerk furnish a corporate surety bond in an amount not less than $10,000, the premium of which the board shall pay from funds which may be available for this purpose.
